Registration Procedures

Candidates who are entitled to enroll at our university will first be registered online due to the pandemic.

Candidates who are eligible for registration in the 2. placement are required to send the required documents between 24 September - 21 October 2020 to the mail address uluslararasiogrenci@bayburt.edu.tr.

 
Required Documents for Online Registration

 

Ø  The original copy of High School Diploma
Ø  Notarized Turkish translation of High School Diploma
Ø  High School Equivalency Certificate (Click here for explanation)
Ø  Notarized Turkish translation of the passport
Ø  KÜNİB Exam Result Document/ Placement Certificate
Ø  Photo of 1, cm 4,5x6


The original documents must be submitted in person to the Registrar's Office by December 15, 2020 at the latest. Temporary registration of candidates who do not submit their documents by the specified date will be deleted.

Ø  The original copy of High School Diploma

Ø  Notarized Turkish translation of the passport
Ø  KÜNİB Exam Result Document/ Placement Certificate
Ø  Declaration of residency (Click for explanation)
Ø  There is Turkish Proficiency Certificate
Ø  Photo of 2 cm 4,5x6


Not:
-Candidates who come to submit documents in person for final registration must have their international passports with them.
-Candidates who have not reached the age of 18 as of the registration date must come with their certificate of consent or their parents.
